Meet Our Board

The GIVE T/E Leadership Board is all volunteer; all of the funds our members contribute go directly to the nonprofit that members vote upon at our  meetings.

Pamela Badolato, Co-Executive Director

Pamela has called Tredyffrin home for 17+ years and has four children in the T/E school district. She is deeply committed to the local community and volunteer work and spends a good portion of her time as the volunteer admin of the Main Line Parent Community Facebook group, with over 38K members. In 2014 she started the Plaid Pajamas project with her family to collect and distribute warm winter pajamas to those in need during the cold months. She is the Content Director for Main Line Parent, Philadelphia Family, and Bucks County Parent, and volunteers at her children's schools. Her background is in early childhood and elementary education, and is a Founding Board Member of Give T/E.

Rachel Kramer, Co-Executive Director

Rachel has over 20 years of experience in fundraising, communication, and event planning for nonprofits and schools, both as a paid staff member and as a volunteer. Currently, she is the Fundraising & Communications Coordinator for Tredyffrin Township Libraries. Rachel currently serves on the PTO for Valley Forge Middle School as the editor of their email newsletter. She and her family have called Pennsylvania home for 10+ years and are proud and happy to call T/E home.

Nina Lotfi, Director of Events and Member Experience

Nina is an Operations Executive with 20+ years of experience specializing in transformations. She was born in Tehran, Iran, and has lived in four countries, nine cities, and two states. Nina and her family have called Devon their home for ten+ years. She is on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Learning in T/E and advocates for education and inclusion. Nina holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Michele Hinken, Director of Accounts

Michele is a CPA/MBA with industry and non-profit accounting experience, most recently with Dominican University of California.  She moved to the area in 2015 and has held multiple roles on neighborhood committees and fundraisers.  She volunteers her time at New Eagle Elementary and currently serves as their PTO Assistant Treasurer, as well as the Treasurer for FLITE.

Shawn Corr, Director of Sponsorship

Shawn has lived and worked in the area for almost 40 years. After 28 years in a successful career at IBM, she transferred her business and sales skills to a real estate career. She is a mother of two kids who have gone through the T/E schools, and has volunteered over the years for her children's activities and sports.

Jean Kane, Director of Non Profit Affairs

Jean has lived in T/E for over 30 years and has had four children go through the T/E schools. She has held multiple volunteer, leadership and board roles in the T/E community and school district. She is also a lawyer and experienced nonprofit leader, she has over 30 years of experience working with corporations and nonprofit organizations as senior staff, counsel, board member, consultant, volunteer and in leadership. She now works with nonprofits on their government relations strategies, board and governance structures and human resource policies all aimed at achieving long-term, sustainable success. Jean is passionate about the work of the nonprofit sector and its capacity to create positive change.

Liz Patterson, Director of Membership

Liz Patterson has lived in Berwyn with her family for over 15 years and joined the Give T/E Board in 2024. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, she has worked in community organizing and marketing in various industries, and founded her own wellness practice. Her children attend T/E schools, where she has held leadership positions planning events and fundraising. She is an active member of her church’s Service & Outreach Committee and is the co-founder of the local Buy Nothing Group. Liz has a passion for building community and creating connections.
