Meet Our Board
The GIVE T/E Leadership Board is all volunteer; all of the funds our members contribute go directly to the nonprofit that members vote upon at our meetings.
Monica Church, Co-Executive Director
Monica is a family nurse practitioner who practiced at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for ten years and continues to be passionate about helping others in various capacities. As an eight-year member of the T/E community, she has volunteered her time in the schools and as a member and chair of multiple neighborhood committees, The Weeders Garden Club, and The Savoy Company.

Julie Gosse, Co-Executive Director
Julie was born and raised in T/E. She has served on the Tredyffrin Board of Supervisors since 2019. She has helped establish and lead a science communication firm serving biomedical researchers at academic, industry, and nonprofit institutions. She also volunteers as a foster for rescued dogs through All4Paws Rescue.

Nina Lotfi, Director of Events and Member Experience
Nina is the Head of Client Onboarding Services at Vangaurd. She was born in Tehran, Iran and has lived in four countries, nine cities, and two states. Nina is on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Learning in T/E. In addition, she has been active in Vanguard’s diversity and inclusion efforts, United Way, Junior Achievement, and other local community efforts.

Pamela Badolato, Director of Community Outreach
Rachel Kramer, Director of Nonprofit Affairs
Rachel has over 15 years of experience in fundraising, communication, and event planning for nonprofits and schools, both as a paid staff member and as a volunteer. Currently, she is the Fundraising Associate for Tredyffrin Township Libraries. Rachel serves on the Board of Charlestown Playhouse, a cooperative nursery school and kindergarten in Phoenixville, and volunteers at local schools. She and her family will celebrate 5 years in Pennsylvania and are proud and happy to call T/E home.

Michele Hinken, Director of Accounts
Michele is a CPA/MBA with industry and non-profit accounting experience, most recently with Dominican University of California. She moved to the area in 2015 and has held multiple roles on neighborhood committees and fundraisers. She volunteers her time at New Eagle Elementary and currently serves as their PTO Assistant Treasurer.

Shawn Corr, Director of Sponsorship
Shawn has lived and worked in the area for almost 40 years. After 28 years in a successful career at IBM, she transferred her business and sales skills to a real estate career. She is a mother of two kids who have gone through the T/E schools, and has volunteered over the years for her children's activities and sports.
